1. Pump Unit
Suitable for vacuum and blowing operation with low wear: Vacu-Press 10,000, air-cooled, 3-lobed rotary blower.
Performance: 8,220 m³/hour (no load)
Vacuum: 0.95 bar (0.05 bar abs.) at 100°C
Overpressure: 1.20 bar (2.20 bar abs.) at 125°C
Power consumption: max. 190 kW.
2. Soundproofing
The Vacu-Press 10,000 pump is installed in a sound-insulated housing with intake, cooling air, and exhaust dampers. The doors of the sound-insulated housing and the inside of the sound dampers are made of stainless steel. The noise level of the suction system is about 80 dB(A).

5. Filter System
Filter chamber: cylindrical, diameter 1,800 mm, built into the front of the tank with large oval hatch for emptying into the loading compartment.

6. Suction and Blowing Connections
Suction connection: on the left side inside the tank, redirected with a large bend and replaceable wear plate. Connection DN150 with hose coupling of your choice.
Blowing connection: DN125 connection with hose coupling of your choice
7. Rear Door
Hydraulically operated, with internal cone and discharge connection.
Locking: Hydraulically with self-adjusting wedge lock, ensuring each wedge applies equal force and the seal remains optimal regardless of gasket thickness.

Transfer case
The OMSI transfer case interrupts the drive line and transfers the engine power to the pump. The engine can be loaded at optimum constant speed; different pump speeds are possible. This is beneficial for service life and reduces engine consumption.
