Functional description:
For cleaning, the dirty container is swung into the cleaning chamber at the rear of the vehicle. The stainless-steel high-pressure washing heads retract into the container and are supplied with pressurized water. Container cleaning is carried out fully automatically by two robot arms with washing nozzles rotating on two axes, ensuring even distribution of the water jets over the interior surface of the container to be cleaned. The pulses are generated by limit switches on the lifter. The rinsing time can be adjusted depending on the degree of contamination. The dirty water is pumped from the solids chamber into the dirty water containers. Waste residues are emptied via the pneumatically operated flap at the bottom of the solids chamber. The dirty water tank and collection box are cleaned automatically using flat jet nozzles.
